1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DoksOps website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DoksOps provides automated cloud infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, compliance reports, and related tooling. The Service may include:
- Infrastructure scanning and metadata collection
- Automated diagram and documentation generation
- Compliance and security posture reporting
- AI-powered analysis and recommendations
3. Early Access Program
DoksOps is currently in early access. The Service is provided "as is" during this phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Early access users may receive free or discounted access to certain features, which is subject to change upon general availability.
4. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or requesting access. You must not share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to scan infrastructure you are not authorized to access
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including infrastructure metadata and configurations. We process your data solely to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to share infrastructure data with our Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The DoksOps name, logo, website design, and proprietary tooling are the intellectual property of DoksOps. Documentation and diagrams generated by the Service from your data belong to you. The underlying algorithms, templates, and AI models remain our property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that generated documentation is complete, accurate, or suitable for compliance purposes without human review
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoksOps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
